Playing in California is Lots of Fun

Just inside the door of the house, there is this bookshelf that the boys all loved to hide in. It was funny watching them figure out how to get in and out of this cabinet/shelf. Nathan "discovered" this fun hiding place and each of the others ran with the idea.

On Sunday, the weather was good (unlike the weather they were used to in Utah) so they played in the back yard a lot. Jen captured some fun times on the recorder. Jonah was singing/humming while on the dog house. Must be coordinated to be able to sing/hum and dance at the same time. I've tried to upload the video, but I think it's a little too large. So you'll have to imagine from the picture what it was like.

Later that evening, we went over to the Checkett's home to see their new remodel and the kids got to spend some time with Annie's girls (Brooklyn and Bryonna) and play and enjoyed a Family Home Evening Checketts style. It was great...thanks Annie for letting us crash your FHE.

These are just some miscellaneous pictures and activities that we were able to participate in while in California. But like all good things, they must come to an end.
